Mandarin Peach Jello Salad

This is so simple, but so creamy, fresh, and delicious. I always make this for Easter and in the summer for barbecues and potlucks!

Mandarin Peach Jello Salad

2 small boxes tapioca cook & serve pudding
1 small box peach jello
3 cups water
1 small can mandarin oranges (drained)
1 small can pineapple tidbits (drained)
1 cup miniature marshmallows (or to taste)
1 carton cool whip

In a small saucepan whisk together pudding and jello with water
Bring to a boil on medium-high heat
Stir until mixture dissolves and begins to thicken
Cool Completely
Then mix in fruit and marshmallows
Fold in cool whip and store in refrigerator
